At FASTEN, we are aluminium experts. We offer our own modular profiles as well as normalized standard profiles. And if your requirement is more specific, we can even develop a dedicated profile just for you!

In addition to supplying bars cut to the lengths you specify, we offer a range of surface treatments—such as anodizing or powder coating—to achieve the finish you need. We can also handle cutting and machining of the profiles.

Modular Profiles

A modular profile system specially designed by FASTEN which, combined with our accessories, allows you to build any industrial structure or equipment. Manufactured in 6060 or 6063 alloys with T5 or T6 temper:

From 20×20 mm to 30×60 mm for small, lightweight applications where space and weight matter—such as control boxes, display cases, or 3D printers, among others.

8 and 10mm slot profiles

These form the backbone of any modular equipment. From 35×35 mm up to structural profiles of 100×200 mm—plus standards like 40×40 mm and 45×45 mm—we have solutions for workbenches, frames, guarding, platforms, and more.

Special profiles

Specific profiles compatible with FASTEN’s modular system to address particular needs—such as perimeter profiles for safety panels, cable-trunking profiles, or conveyor profiles for all types of motion systems.

Normalized Standard Profiles

All the standard profiles used across industrial processes: square, round and rectangular tube, flats, angles, and more. We can manufacture to measure, or you can ask about our in‑stock references for immediate delivery. Made from 6060 or 6063 alloys with T5 or T6 temper.

Made‑to‑Measure Profiles

If you need specific solutions that standard or modular profiles can’t cover, we’ll be happy to help design a custom‑made profile exclusively for your use.

We work with multiple alloys, tempers, and surface finishes to deliver the properties you require. We accompany you through the design process and handle everything: die making, extrusion, and finishing. We can even keep your profile in stock so it’s always available when you need it.
