At FASTEN, we are aluminium experts. We offer our own modular profiles as well as normalized standard profiles. And if your requirement is more specific, we can even develop a dedicated profile just for you!

In addition to supplying bars cut to the lengths you specify, we offer a range of surface treatments—such as anodizing or powder coating—to achieve the finish you need. We can also handle cutting and machining of the profiles.

A modular profile system specially designed by FASTEN which, when combined with our fittings, enables the construction of any industrial structure or equipment. Manufactured from 6060 or 6063 aluminium alloy with a T5 or T6 heat-treated finish.

Profiles ranging from 20x20mm to 30x60mm for small, lightweight applications where space and weight are key considerations, such as control panels, ballot boxes and 3D printers, amongst others.

Profiles ranging from 30x30mm to 40x120mm, including the standard 40x40mm size. A modular system that combines aesthetics, flexibility and robustness, offering a solution for every need.

Profiles ranging from 30x30mm to 100x200mm, including the standard 40x40mm and 45x45mm sizes. A modular system that forms the basis of any modular structure. By combining it with our accessories, you can build any type of industrial structure or equipment.

Customised and compatible profiles designed to meet specific requirements, such as perimeter profiles for protective panels, cable duct profiles and conveyor profiles for the design of all kinds of moving parts, amongst others.

Standardised profile stock

This includes all standard profiles suitable for use in any industrial process. We stock square, round and rectangular tubes, flat bars, angle sections and more. We can produce bespoke items, or you can enquire about the items we have in stock for immediate delivery. Made from 6060 or 6063 aluminium alloy with a T5 or T6 heat-treated finish.

Made‑to‑Measure Profiles

If you need specific solutions that standard or modular profiles can’t cover, we’ll be happy to help design a custom‑made profile exclusively for your use.

We work with multiple alloys, tempers, and surface finishes to deliver the properties you require. We accompany you through the design process and handle everything: die making, extrusion, and finishing. We can even keep your profile in stock so it’s always available when you need it.
