Do you need precise cuts or machining in profiles? At FASTEN, we have the team and the machinery to make it happen
We carry out precise cuts at any length and angle, being able to make mitres up to 23°. We have two cutting units with electronic stop that allow straight cuts and angles of 45° and above. We also have a dual‑head CNC unit for simultaneous cuts or from different angles.
We have three CNC centres specific to structural aluminium profiles. These centres let us handle profiles up to 6 metres long and perform high‑precision operations such as drilling, milling, pocketing and other complex work.
With our two electronic tapping machines we can make metric threads up to M20. We can tap both in the core of the profile and in drilled holes on any face, guaranteeing maximum precision.
We offer the possibility of bending profiles following a prior feasibility study. The bending operation depends on the desired radius and the geometry of the selected profile.
Panels tailored to your project
Looking for panels that adapt to your project? At Fasten, we have a wide variety of technical sheets and can perform different operations according to your needs.
We have a specialised vertical panel saw that allows straight cuts in sheets up to 2 metres high and in a wide range of materials such as polycarbonate, PET, aluminium composite and compact boards.
For machining technical materials, we have a CNC router with a bed that lets us work on sheets up to 3000×1400 mm and with different thicknesses. This allows cutting, drilling, pocketing and other complex machining with great precision. For materials such as PET, we use a CO2 laser‑cutting machine that allows complex cuts with different geometries in plates up to 10 mm thick.
We manufacture complex folded parts with our hot‑wire folding machine specialised in bending PET. We can make folds up to 1000 mm long and work with materials up to 10 mm thick.
