We master precision in profiles
At FASTEN, we have the equipment and machinery to process profiles, panels and sheet metal, and even to manufacture bespoke components. All of this is backed by a first-class technical department that will support you every step of the way.
We carry out precise cuts at any length and angle, being able to make mitres up to 23°. We have two cutting units with electronic stop that allow straight cuts and angles of 45° and above. We also have a dual‑head CNC unit for simultaneous cuts or from different angles.
We have three CNC centres specific to structural aluminium profiles. These centres let us handle profiles up to 6 metres long and perform high‑precision operations such as drilling, milling, pocketing and other complex work.
With our two electronic tapping machines we can make metric threads up to M20. We can tap both in the core of the profile and in drilled holes on any face, guaranteeing maximum precision.
We offer the possibility of bending profiles following a prior feasibility study. The bending operation depends on the desired radius and the geometry of the selected profile.

We can also advise you on the most suitable and cost-effective material for your project.
Large Format Cutting
We use a specialized vertical panel saw that allows us to perform straight cuts on sheets up to 2 meters high across a wide variety of materials, including polycarbonate, PET, aluminum composite panels, and compact boards.
Laser Cutting
We are equipped with advanced laser cutting technology for sheet metal and PET panels, delivering highly precise results while working with a broad range of materials and thicknesses, fully adapting to the requirements of each industrial or assembly application.
For the machining of technical materials, we operate a CNC router with a working bed capable of handling sheets up to 3000 × 1400 mm in various thicknesses. This allows us to perform cuts, drilling, recessing, and other complex machining operations with exceptional precision.
We also carry out PET bending using our hot wire bending machine, enabling us to manufacture custom functional and protective components with complete accuracy and without the need for additional machining.
